All Rise Projects was founded by our Director, Brad Smith in 2021.

During his 30+ year career in the Building & Construction industry, Brad has witnessed firsthand the need to assist Developers, Contractors and Project Managers to deliver cost affective, high-quality projects in a safe and environmentally sustainable manner.

Brad is passionate about the Property, Building & Construction Industries and wants to ensure that all projects are successful and rewarding for all stakeholders.

All Rise Projects has developed a cooperative of leading industry Specialist with backgrounds in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Planners, Façade, Structure, Services and Architects, complemented by a wide range of industry Suppliers and Subcontractors.

 

These Specialists are called upon when required to provide our Clients with an optimised outcome.

Recent changes in the industry has forced the need to work differently. Comprehensive and detailed design and planning of any project is the key to its success.  Whether you’re a re Developer, Contractor or Project Manager, poorly planned projects will likely result in outcome that provides poor quality, unsafe construction, frustrated relationships, financial losses and dissatisfied purchasers and tenants, all of which can cause brand reputational damage.

All Rise Projects, strongly believe that the ability to plan and influence a positive outcome is greatest in the Pre Construction space. Once a construction starts, the ability to effect change rapidly diminishes. This is demonstrated in the below diagram.
